  • All sessions are conducted virtually. This allows you to access therapy from your home or any private, comfortable space within New York State.

  • That’s completely okay — the complimentary 15-minute consultation is simply a chance to talk. There’s no commitment; we’ll explore whether therapy feels like a helpful next step for you.

  • Yes. I accept United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, UMR, Surest, Aetna, Meritain, Trustmark, Cigna, Carelon, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New York, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Quest Behavioral Health.

  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. This helps ensure that your reserved time can be made available to others.

  • Our first session is about getting to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain. It’s a safe, collaborative space — there’s no need to prepare anything in advance.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy services. This estimate will be provided before your first session or anytime upon request. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
